1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using CodeKudo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use CodeKudo.
2. Service Description
CodeKudo is a developer rewards network that shows tiny privacy-safe sponsor messages during verified waiting moments in developer workflows. Developers earn 55% of verified sponsor revenue from impressions and clicks.
CodeKudo operates as a platform connecting developers, advertisers, and sponsor campaigns.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Provide accurate registration information
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
4. Developer Earnings
Earnings are calculated as follows:
- Developers receive 55% of verified advertiser spend
- Platform retains 45% for operation
- All earnings start as "pending review"
- Earnings are approved after fraud review
- Minimum payout threshold is €10.00
- Hourly cap: €20.00
- Daily cap: €200.00
CodeKudo reserves the right to reject fraudulent, invalid, or bot-generated activity.
5. Payouts
All payout requests are manually reviewed for fraud. Approved payouts are processed according to the payout method configured in your account. CodeKudo is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
Click-farm activity, bot activity, or any fraudulent earnings will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate fake impressions or clicks
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent caps
- Click on your own ads or encourage others to do so artificially
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the extension or CLI
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users or advertisers
7. Account Suspension and Termination
CodeKudo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion. Suspended accounts forfeit pending earnings.
8. Privacy
Your use of CodeKudo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. CodeKudo never reads your code, prompts, completions, file names, or project structure.
9. Intellectual Property
CodeKudo and its logos, branding, and software are owned by CodeKudo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CodeKudo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific earning amounts.
11. Limitation of Liability
CodeKudo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of approved earnings in your account.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeKudo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
13. Modifications to Terms
CodeKudo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CodeKudo operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
